Bio

Professional hockey player with 7 seasons of experience, including over 450 games in the AHL and ECHL. Prior to his professional career, Ty began his junior career in the USHL, where he played for one season, followed by three seasons in OHL, where he played in over 200 games. Ty played his amateur hockey for the Pittsburgh Predators. In addition to playing for the Predators, Ty spent his freshman & sophomore years of high school playing for the Mt. Lebanon Blue Devils varsity team, where he was a member of the undefeated 2006 PA State Championship team while leading the PIHL in scoring. Tyler has been in love with the game of hockey for nearly his entire life and is devoted to helping young players reach their goals.

JS Aubin (Jean Sébastien Aubin)

Goaltending Coach

Bio

Former professional hockey player with 18 seasons of experience, including playing in over 200 NHL games. JS was drafted in the 3rd round of the 1995 NHL Entry Draft by the Pittsburgh Penguins with the 76th overall pick. JS played for the Penguins from 1998 to 2004. He has extensive coaching experience throughout his career while in playing in Europe and North America. JS has also worked as the Pittsburgh Penguins Elite goalie instructor for two years, in addition to private instruction & lessons.

Nicholas Kuqali

Bio

Nicholas is a 7 year professional who won his first championship last season with DVTK in Europe (MOL LIGA). Simultaneously was the assistant coach of the U14 Team of the same federation. He has played 34 games which include the ECHL, CHL and SPHL. Completed 4 years at UW-Eau Claire while earning an economics degree. Nicholas played Junior A in Ontario after playing for the Pittsburgh Hornets and Vipers while attending Mt. Lebanon High School. He has coached extensively across Pittsburgh in the off season from 2010-2017.

Junior Hockey: Saginaw Spirit & Plymouth Whalers (OHL) (2009-2013). Teammate of Coach Tyler Murovich in Saginaw (2009-2010).
Captain of the Saginaw Spirit (2012-2013).
International: Represented USA at the 2013 IIHF World Junior Championships, where he won a Gold Medal. Also played for USA in the 2014 World Championships.

NHL: Current member of the Florida Panthers with over 200 NHL games played. Voted to the NHL All-Star Game in LA (2016-2017). Drafted by Florida in 2011, in the third round (64th pick) of NHL Entry draft.
